Digital & Operations Manager

Location: Kingswood Kebab and Pizza Ltd, Kingswood, Maidstone

Salary: £33,500 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role:

We are looking for an experienced Digital & Operations Manager to support our online sales and day-to-day takeaway operations. A significant proportion of our orders are received through our website and delivery platforms.

Main Duties:

• Design and update digital menus, food images, promotional graphics and social-media content.
• Manage website, Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat menu content.
• Update prices, weekly deals, promotions and unavailable items.
• Support staff rotas and delivery-driver scheduling.
• Monitor packaging/service quality, stock levels and supplier orders.
• Check deliveries/invoices and support food-safety and hygiene procedures.

Skills & Experience:

Good practical experience in digital design, online platforms and business operations is preferred. Strong computer, organisational and communication skills are required. A university degree is not essential where suitable practical skills and experience can be demonstrated.

Long-Term Opportunity:

Pizza Restaurant Manager

Salary: £39,000 per annum
